How to determine product version information for VirusScan Enterprise 8.x

最終更新: 1/3/2020 環境解決策Knowing the VSE and VSE Patch Version, DAT Version, and Scan Engine Version is essential when troubleshooting. The best way to determine this information is through the About screen. Or, you can verify the VSE file versions using Windows Explorer.
When a patch is applied, the relevant files are updated and the About screen displays the new patch level. Details of files updated are in the release notes that accompany each patch. Hotfixes applied are not displayed. To identify what VSE/DAT/Engine release is installed using one of two methods:
Method 1 - From the VSE icon in the notification area
Method 2 - From the VirusScan console
