Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 7 or 8

Problem

Some ePO 4.x navigation menu description strings are truncated on Chinese and Japanese systems when using IE 7 or 8.

Only the top portion of the characters are truncated.

NOTE: Menu description strings that contain an English character are not truncated.

Cause

Line height was incorrectly configured for these languages.

Solution

This issue is resolved in ePolicy Orchestrator 4.6, which is available from the McAfee Downloads site at: http://mcafee.com/us/downloads/downloads.aspx. For instructions on how to download patches, see KB56057.
 
Patches are cumulative. Therefore, McAfee recommends that you install the latest one.
