McAfee SiteAdvisor Enterprise Plus 3.0 For details of SAE 3.x supported environments, see KB51244. ProblemWhen search engines make changes to their search results pages, SAE might not display SafeSearch ratings for each search result.
SolutionScripts used by SAE to display search annotations in the modified search engine page might require an update.
If a supported search engine is not displaying annotations for search results, contact Technical Support, and include this article number in your Service Request. When corrections are made to the SAE scripts, the SAE client will automatically download them from sadownload.mcafee.com. NOTE: If you are behind a proxy server, the updated scripts required for SafeSearch will not download. Proxy users will need to install a new SAE hotfix or patch to get the latest scripts.
