You do not see a rating when SAE 3.5 resides behind a proxy. Using the Troubleshooting SiteAdvisor Communication Errors option shows the following:
Explanation
The SiteAdvisor servers are up and responding to requests, but SiteAdvisor can't access the internet. Possible Resolution It might indicate that the SiteAdvisor proxy server policy settings are configured incorrectly. SolutionThis issue was addressed in SAE 3.5 Patch 1. Upgrade to the latest patch level.
