NOTES:
- A version of most of the following information is available in the relevant product guides and readme.txt files. But, the original guides are unlikely to reflect the most recent support policy for those platforms, because Microsoft regularly releases new operating systems or service packs.
- This article provides the latest information about MCP supported environments. Some of this information is made available through linked Product Management statements, which are also published in the Knowledge Base.

SaaS or Web Gateway exposed to internet access.
SaaS Web Protection 1.x |
If you did not previously use a SaaS proxy, you must create a SaaS account and configure the policy.
The SaaS user creation form is attached to your MCP invitation email. Fill in the form and send it to SaaS. |
Web Gateway |
MWG allows you to use policies based on User Name and User Group. |
Software compatibility
- The product team expects no issues with MCP and Windows Terminal Services. But, this view has not been tested, and so can't be supported.
- As of June 2017, the MCP Extension supports the same browsers as the installed version of ePolicy Orchestrator.
Browser support differs between ePO releases. For more information, see KB51569 - Supported platforms for ePolicy Orchestrator.
