Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 10 Microsoft Windows 8 ProblemYou see one or more IE script errors when you access SAE menu items on a computer with Windows 8 and IE 10. This can result in loss of SAE functionality.
SolutionThis issue was first resolved with Hotfix 788673 for SAE 3.5 Patch 1. This hotfix is available from the Product Downloads site. McAfee product software, upgrades, maintenance releases, and documentation are available from the Product Downloads site at: https://www.mcafee.com/enterprise/en-us/downloads/my-products.html.
NOTE: You need a valid Grant Number for access. SolutionAlternatively, install Hotfix 809552 for SAE 3.5 patch 1. This is the latest SAE hotfix roll-up available from Technical Support.
