McAfee Host Intrusion Prevention (Host IPS) 8.0 Entrust Entelligence Security Provider for Windows Problem
Systems running Host IPS 8.0 and Entrust Entelligence Security Provider for Windows may have a slow or unresponsive log on.
Cause
This is an issue with Entrust Entelligence Security Provider for Windows 9.2 software (and possibly other versions of Entrust).
SolutionIf you experience this issue, install Entrust Entelligence Security Provider for Windows 9.2 Patch 173332 or Patch 173335. Contract Entrust support for details about how to obtain patch at https://www.entrust.net/customer_support/contact.cfm.
