For details of SAE 3.x supported environments, see KB51244. ProblemAfter installing SAE 3.5 Patch 2 or 3.5 Patch 2 Hotfix 907883, when you select the Show SAE browser balloon, it reports that SAE is unlicensed.
NOTE: The About option in the browser balloon correctly reports that SAE is licensed. SolutionThis cosmetic issue is resolved by applying SAE Patch 2 Hotfix 923218. To obtain the hotfix, contact Technical Support and include this article number in your Service Request.
