Workaround

{GENRD.EN_US}
Delete the TenantID registry value on affected client systems:
  1. Click Start, Run, type regedit and click OK.
  2. Navigate to the appropriate registry location:

    • 64-bit systems:
      [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Network Associates\ePolicy Orchestrator\Agent]

    • 32-bit systems:
      [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Network Associates\ePolicy Orchestrator\Agent]

  3. Locate the TenantID value. Typically, this will be TenantID=1.
  4. Right-click the TenantID value and select Delete.
NOTE: Agent-to-server communication are restored. You do not have to restart any services on the endpoint for this change to become active.
