Microsoft Windows 8 Microsoft Windows Server 2012 問題Systems that run Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 become unresponsive during on-demand scans (ODS).
During the scan, ODS appears to become stuck on a single file. On subsequent ODS attempts, different files can lead to the same issue. NOTE: After you encounter this symptom, you must restart the affected system to resume normal operations. 原因The NTFS file system has become deadlocked. The ODS is exposing a bug within the NTFS CacheManager.
解決策A Microsoft hotfix has resolved this issue and is documented in the following article:
