Original Announcement: April 7, 2014
Microsoft has announced that the End of Extended Support for Windows Server 2003 SP2 is July 14, 2015. For details, see http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/?p1=3198.

What is the McAfee support policy for Enterprise products on Windows Server 2003 SP2 beyond July 14, 2015?
McAfee will continue to support currently supported versions of Enterprise products on Windows Server 2003 SP2 beyond July 14, 2015, for a limited time. This support will be for as long as it is technically and commercially reasonable for us to do so, and there is no external dependency. For example, if we require Microsoft to provide a fix and Microsoft does not provide the fix, McAfee cannot support the product any longer.

Versions of Enterprise products that are released after July 14, 2015 do not support Windows Server 2003 SP2.

How long will Enterprise products be supported on Windows Server 2003 SP2?

How must customers purchase support for Enterprise products on Windows Server 2003 SP2 after the end of standard support?
Customers who want to purchase support for Enterprise products on Windows Server 2003 SP2 after the end of standard support, must work with sales to sign the McAfee Custom Software Support Letter of Agreement (CSSLOA).

Customers are required to purchase another custom software support SKU to cover Windows Server 2003 SP2 support. Custom software support can be purchased one year at a time.

McAfee reserves the right to change the terms of its support policy in this announcement at any time. But, McAfee will endeavor to provide notice of any material changes a reasonable period before such changes.

Because of the end of support from Microsoft and technology limitations inherent in Windows Server 2003 SP2, it might not always be possible to detect or remediate threats on Windows Server 2003 SP2.

NOTES:
