Technical Articles ID:   KB82153
Last Modified:  8/26/2014

McAfee Application Control (MAC) 6.1
McAfee Change Control (MCC) 6.1

Microsoft Windows (all supported)

You observe high memory usage in the kernel non-paged pool for the QCAe tag.

You experience a memory leak that may cause a blue screen error, or your computer stops responding when you have MAC/MCC 6.1 enabled.

This issue is resolved in MAC/MCC and (and later), which are available from the McAfee Downloads site.

McAfee product software, upgrades, maintenance releases, and documentation are available from the Product Downloads site at: http://www.mcafee.com/us/downloads/downloads.aspx.

NOTE: You need a valid Grant Number for access. KB56057 provides additional information about the Product Downloads site, and alternate locations for some products.
