Perform the following steps and verify the Enforcement status option for DLP Endpoint:
- Select the client in the system tree.
- Select Action, Agent, Modify Policies on a Single System.
- Select the Enforcement status option, verify the following items, and change as needed:
- Inherit from = Global Root
- Enforcement status = Enforcing
- In the Assigned Policies tab for the group that contains the client, select the Enforcement status option, verify the following items, and change as needed:
- Inherit from = Global Root
- Enforcement Status = Enforcing
- Broken inheritance from this point = None.
After you make a change, send an agent wake-up to the affected client systems. Or, wait for policy enforcement on the next Agent-to-server communication interval.
