McAfee VirusScan Enterprise (VSE) 8.x Third-party antivirus solutions For details of VSE 8.8 supported environments, see KB51111. 問題After you install VSE 8.x, McShield self-terminates because it reaches the user-configurable timeout values (Scan Timeout).
In the Windows Event Viewer, you might see the following: 5019 event ID Exception in McShield.Exe! Exception details follow: VSCORE.15.3.0.532 Exception code: 0x000000000C0000005 Exception in update callback thread The third-party process touched the files while McShield scanned them, then McShield terminated to prevent a file lock. The scan did not time out, but instead halted the process because the file could not be scanned. システムの変更VSE 8.x was installed.
原因This issue is most likely caused by a third-party antivirus solution on the system. The third-party solution tries to scan McShield.exe while McShield is scanning the system in real time.
解決策You must uninstall all other antimalware products before installing VSE. The product development team does not support installation with other third-party antivirus solutions.
