概要There are several reasons why DAT files might fail to update. To identify the cause and either resolve or work around the issue, perform the steps in this article
解決策Open a web browser and try to connect to https://update.nai.com/products. If you are unable to access this page, validate all system network settings.
If you can reach https://update.nai.com/products, verify that the system can download the DAT file directly from McAfee:
Verify that the system can download the file from the ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) server:

Redeploy the McAfee Agent using the steps in the appropriate McAfee Agent Product Guide: For McAfee product documents, go to the Enterprise Product Documentation portal at https://docs.mcafee.com.
WARNING: Reinstallation of the McAfee Agent might cause a duplicate system to appear in the ePO System Tree. If this situation occurs, manually readd Tags, Policies and Tasks Assigned to a Single System, and Encryption Users. 回避策
