How to change ePolicy Orchestrator Source Sites to point to the CommonUpdater2 site

Environment

ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.x

Summary

Technical Support might require you to pull updates from a different Source Site. To change the Source Site to CommonUpdater2:

Log on to the ePO console as an administrator.
Click Menu, Server Settings.
Click Source Sites.
Click Edit.
In the Name column, select the site you want to update.
On the Description page, click Next.
Append a 2 to the end of the URL. Example: update.nai.com/Products/CommonUpdater2
Click Save.
Repeat steps 5–8 for the other sites (for example, HTTP).
Perform an agent wake-up call with the option Force complete policy and task update selected to apply the policy to the endpoint systems.

NOTE: Changes made to Source Sites take effect immediately.
