This article explains how to uninstall the
Assurance Information Module for Linux from ePO after an upgrade to Cloud Workload Discovery (CWD) 4.x. The method described below uses the uninstall utility for the Telemetry Linux client.
IMPORTANT:
- This module was a telemetry extension to access the information part of CWD, and it is not used in CWS.
- Customers are advised to remove the Assurance Information Module Linux client before they upgrade the CWD 4.x extension from the Master Repository. If you have upgraded without this step, you must remove the Assurance Information Module from the Linux clients using the following steps.
