The Host Intrusion Prevention 8.0 Patch 8 Console and McAfee Agent notification area options do not function with non-Admin user accounts when applied either using policy or from the local Host Intrusion Prevention 8.0 Console.

問題

Host Intrusion Prevention 8.0 Patch 8 Quick Settings options are not shown under the McAfee Agent notification area icon with non-Admin user accounts.

問題

The Timed Group Firewall policy option does not take effect on devices running Host Intrusion Prevention 8.0 Patch 8. The policy is applied to the client. But, the option is not available when the non-Admin user account tries to use the timed firewall rule on the client system.

When disabling the Host Intrusion Prevention 8.0 Patch 8 IPS Module using the client console, the Apply button must be pressed twice before the console shows disabled. But, the setting is not applied with non-Admin user accounts.

The Host Intrusion Prevention 8.0 Patch 8 IPS user notification pop-up does not display with non-Admin user accounts.
