Client Task Scheduler page fails to display when attempting to schedule a MOVE Targeted On Demand Scan through ePolicy Orchestrator
Technical Articles ID:   KB88985
Last Modified:  7/5/2018

Environment

McAfee Management for Optimized Virtual Environments (MOVE)
McAfee MOVE AntiVirus (AV) Agentless 4.5
McAfee MOVE AV Multi-Platform 4.5
ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.1.3

Problem

When attempting to schedule a Targeted On Demand Scan (TODS) for MOVE AV Agentless, MOVE AV Multi-Platform, or both, on a client, the scheduling page in ePO does not display. This results in the task not being able to be scheduled and internally configuring itself to Run Immediately.

NOTE: This occurs with ePO 5.1.3 only.

Solution

Patches are cumulative. Technical Support recommends upgrading to the latest version of ePO to correct this issue.

McAfee product software, upgrades, maintenance releases, and documentation are available from the Product Downloads site at: http://www.mcafee.com/us/downloads/downloads.aspx.

NOTE: You need a valid Grant Number for access. KB56057 provides additional information about the Product Downloads site, and alternate locations for some products.
