An Endpoint Security deployment task through ePO Cloud completes, but the ENS modules fail to deploy

Environment

McAfee Agent (MA) 5.x
McAfee ePO Cloud
McAfee Endpoint Security (ENS) Firewall 10.x
McAfee ENS Threat Prevention 10.x
McAfee ENS Web Control 10.x

Problem

An Endpoint Security deployment task (ENDP_GS_1000) through ePO Cloud completes, but all ENS module deployments fail.

The following is recorded in the mcScript.log:

2017-03-07 05:21:24        I               #908      mue       Software ENDP_AM_1050 license is "STATE=paid,overused;".
2017-03-07 05:21:24        I               #908      mue       license state is_paid(1), is_trial(0) is_overused(1).
2017-03-07 05:21:24        I               #908      mue       Software ENDP_AM_1050 is not installed on the machine.
2017-03-07 05:21:24        I               #908      mue       Checking for license state LicensedOrTrialNotOveruse.
2017-03-07 05:21:24        I               #908      mue       license state is invalid, so can't deploy product.


 

Cause

The license for the ENS Suite is over-used.

Solution

To resolve this issue you must buy more licenses for the ENS product suite.
