Customized logo cannot be applied to the Enterprise Security Manager console

Environment

McAfee Enterprise Security Manager (ESM) 10.x

Problem

You are unable to apply a customized logo to the ESM console (HTML5).

Solution

This is working as intended.

This issue is being evaluated for consideration in a future product release or update. Workaround

A custom logo can be added to the ESM 10.x console logon page. Add the logo to the ESM 10.x console (Flash).

For example, if the ESM IP address is 172.016.001.140, type the following in your browser:
 
https://172.016.001.140/Application.html

This provides access to the ESM 10.x console (Flash). Follow the steps detailed on page 18 of the ESM 10.x Product Guide PD26818.
