This issue is resolved in
DE 7.2.1 Hotfix 1199587 (build 7.2.1.29), which has been Released to Technical Support (RTS). To obtain this hotfix, contact Technical Support and include this article number in your Service Request. The hotfix updates the DE extension to allow the import option to be present.
As part of the migration process, you also need to use the migration tool attached to this article. The file name is
EEMigration_7_2_1_29.ZIP, which you can use to export the details to import via the DE 7.2.x ePO interface.

IMPORTANT: Releases later than DE 7.2.1 Hotfix 1199587 no longer includes the function to upgrade EEPC 5.2.x (V5 users).
