McAfee Endpoint Security (ENS) Threat Prevention 10.5.x
Citrix XenApp 7.x
Citrix XenDesktop 7.x

The following issues can occur if ENS Threat Prevention 10.5.x is enabled on Citrix XenApp 7.x and XenDesktop 7.x servers:
  • You cannot save files on fat clients from the Citrix XenApp server; it fails with the following error message. However, when On-Access Scanning is deactivated, saving is possible:
  • You cannot copy files from Citrix Terminal Server to the local Desktop; the process fails.
  • You cannot copy files on mapped client drives using Citrix ICA technology.

The solution for this behavior is provided by Citrix.
