Summary

Windows Defender Security Center background details
In Windows 10, version 1703, Microsoft introduced a new Windows Defender Security Center application that brings together common Windows security features in one application. With this release, Microsoft increased the scope of the application to also show information from third-party antivirus and firewall applications.

Problem

ENS 10.5.3 (and earlier) is not integrated with Windows Defender Security Center. You see notifications stating the following:
 
Check virus protection

Windows Defender Antivirus and McAfee VirusScan Enterprise are both turned off. Tap or click installed antivirus apps.
 

Solution

ENS 10.5.4 (and later) is integrated with Windows Defender Security Center.

McAfee product software, upgrades, maintenance releases, and documentation are available from the Product Downloads site at: http://www.mcafee.com/us/downloads/downloads.aspx.
