Both the Update Tasks and Deployment Tasks use the McAfee Update Script Engine (MUE), but a computer can run only one MUE at a time.

This issue occurs:

• When scheduled update and deployment tasks run at the same time
  Or
• When a deployment task, such as Upgrade Agent, tries to run while another product deployment task is in progress. To stop that task would be detrimental to the product being installed.

If you configure an Update or Deployment task with the option Stop after X hour/min/seconds enabled, the result could be that the task runs an excessive length of time. This result adversely affects other product deployments.
