This article describes the process to subscribe to the CWS service, and how you can ask questions and get Technical Support for your CWS deployment on AWS.
To get Technical Support for CWS through the AWS Marketplace while purchasing a product:
- Go to https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace and click Sign in.
- Log on to your AWS Marketplace account.
- Select AMI & SaaS from the drop-down list and in the search field, type McAfee and press Enter.
- Select McAfee Cloud Workload Security - PAYG, then click Continue.
- Click Accept Software Terms.
- Enter your details in the Share Your Contact Details for Product Support screen, then click Register Product Support.
- The following confirmation message displays:
Thank you for subscribing to McAfee Public Cloud Server Security Suite (PCS)
NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours for your registration information to fully transfer to McAfee Technical Support.
If you did not select a support offering when you purchased your product, register to obtain a grant number to use during the portal registration.
- Go to https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace and click Sign in.
- Log on to your AWS Marketplace account.
- Click your name in the top, right corner and select Your Marketplace Account.
- Select Review and modify your support contact details.
- Select Share your contact details for a product.
- Select McAfee Cloud Workload Security - PAYG, then click Continue.
- Type the requested information into the Share Your Contact Details for Product Support screen and click Register Product Support.
A confirmation message displays.
NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours for your registration information to fully transfer to McAfee Technical Support.
