This article describes how to clear the local reputation cache data for testing and troubleshooting purposes.
To clear the local reputation cache
, make an arbitrary change to the following "Rule Assignment" settings. Use the client user interface or edit the policy via ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO).
- Balanced
- Productivity
- Security
After you clear the cache, revert to the original "Rule Assignment" settings. If you're making this policy change via ePO, send the target systems a full properties wake-up call to enforce this change, which clears the local reputation cache. After you clear the cache, revert to the original "Rule Assignment" settings within your policy, and send another wake-up call to the systems to return their policy to the normal state.
After the cache is cleared, the following message is logged in the ATP activity and debug logs:
Detected JTI configuration change, Clearing JCM cache.
