The error is displayed when there are two DLP policies with the same name. For example, consider that you have a DLP Policy named
mcafee_test_example and you also have a DLP Windows Client Configuration policy named
mcafee_test_example. If you try to take the DLP policy backup by enabling the
Include policy injection object (OPG) option in the
DLP Settings, Backup & Restore page, you get the error
duplicate entry: OPG/policy_name/dlpPolicy.opg.
When
Include policy injection object (OPG) is enabled, there must not be any duplicates within the DLP policies.
NOTE: The
Include policy injection object (OPG) option is used
ONLY for
Offline Managed DLP Endpoints. If you do not have any offline-managed DLP Endpoints, make sure that you deselect the
Include policy injection object (OPG) option before you perform the DLP Policy Backup.
