Endpoint Security does not honor "Use system proxy settings" on Windows Server Core

ENS does not honor the option Use system proxy settings for proxy settings on Windows Server Core. This fact results in the following issues:

Global Threat Intelligence (GTI) and TrustedSource connectivity do not work if the network traffic has to go through the proxy.
Detections that depend on GTI and TrustedSource are not detected.
AMCore and Exploit Prevention content updates do not work on an unmanaged client.

This issue is resolved in ENS 10.7.0 February 2020 Update.

Explicitly set the proxy server:

From the ePolicy Orchestrator console, set the proxy server at Endpoint Security Common Options policy. Click Show Advanced, Proxy Server section, Configure proxy server.
From the ENS client, set the proxy server at:
- Settings, Common, Proxy Server section, Configure proxy server
- Settings, Common, Source Sites for Updates section, Configure proxy server
