Problem

You might encounter either of the following issues:

When using Outlook, a pop-up error message might display stating that the file chart.dll is missing. If you click OK in the pop-up message, it causes Outlook to close and relaunch.
Webpages with ActiveX might fail to load in Internet Explorer.

Cause

Changes to the way that ENS Web Control does injection for email annotations causes the Outlook issue. The changes also impact some ActiveX webpages and keep them from loading.

Solution

This issue is resolved in ENS 10.6.1 July 2020 Update and ENS 10.7.0 July 2020 Update.
