When a file or folder is encrypted using an FRP key, the system or the user require access to the FRP key to either:

• Access
  Or
• Delete the file or folder from the system.

If the FRP key is not available on both client system and ePO Server, you see the following error when you try to delete an FRP-encrypted file or folder:

The specified file is encrypted and the user does not have the ability to decrypt it.
