If you have not upgraded:
Do not perform back-to-back upgrades from 4.8.0 to 4.8.2. Upgrade to 4.8.0, allow the database to migrate and then perform the upgrade to 4.8.2.
NOTE: The migration can take up to 24 hours, Technical Support recommends that you leave a period of 2 days between upgrades to allow for these post upgrade processes to complete.
If you have already upgraded:
- The issue is addressed with the 4.10 upgrade. But the records after you upgrade to 4.8.2 and before you upgrade to 4.10 are lost.
If you accept this limitation, you can upgrade to 4.10 and resolve the issue.
- If you want to keep all your records, contact Technical Support for a resolution administered by remote session.
- If you are a registered user, type your User ID and Password, and then click Log In.
- If you are not a registered user, click Register and complete the fields to have your password and instructions emailed to you.
