Install the update that resolves this issue.
- Complete migrating to ATD 4.12.0.
- Download atdpackage_restoreroute.d3639e.msu attached to this article.
- Open WinSCP or Filezilla, then log on to SFTP service on your ATD using atdadmin credentials.
- Upload the atdpackage_restoreroute.d3639e.msu to your ATD.
- Log on to ATD CLI using cliadmin credentials.
- Install the package:
Type install msu atdpackage_restoreroute.d3639e.msu 0 and press Enter.
- Verify that your static route settings are now effective:
Type show route and press Enter.
- Open the Audit log, in the web GUI and confirm the atdpackage_restoreroute.d3639e.msu was installed correctly.
You see the following four audit logs in a successful installation:

IMPORTANT: The former edition of this KB article had an update that can’t be applied to ATD 4.12.2. McAfee has re-created the update, by lifting the version number verification. The new update can now be applied to both ATD 4.12.0 and 4.12.2.
