Open a browser, and execute the remote command
dxl.client.updatePolicy below:
https://<ePO_system_IP_address>:8443/remote/dxl.client.updatePolicy
NOTE: The
dxl.client.updatePolicy is case-sensitive.
Successful execution of this command results in the following being displayed in the browser:
OK:
True
The above remote command regenerates the client policy used by DXL clients. Perform an Agent Wake-up call against any devices you're testing with, and confirm that the issue is rectified.
If the issue persists, contact Technical Support for assistance.
- If you are a registered user, type your User ID and Password, and then click Log In.
- If you are not a registered user, click Register and complete the fields to have your password and instructions emailed to you.
