The ENSL 10.7.x local installation fails when the LANG setting is "ja_JP.eucJP". The installation is successful if using a product deployment task from ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO). But, local installation using "McAfee TP-10.7.x-xx-Release-standalone.tar.gz" fails.

The following logs are output to the terminal during installation. The installation fails with a segmentation fault.
