This issue occurs when the
cron job for monitoring the McAfee DBS Sensor has been removed, which causes the Sensor to exceed its memory usage.
Execute
crontab -l on the Linux system where the sensor is installed. If the below entry is missing, see the Solution field.
[root@host]# crontab -l
Analyze tables
# Begin mfe-dbs-sensor
/etc/init.d/mfe-dbs-sensor monitor > /dev/null 2>&1
