To resolve the issue, follow these steps:
- Open a command prompt window on the Windows operating system by running as administrator.
- Run the following command and wait for five minutes for the issue to reproduce:
netsh trace start capture=yes
- Run the following command to stop the process:
netsh trace stop
- An etl file is generated, and the path where the file is stored is displayed on the command prompt window.
- Upload the file to the Service Request attachment section.
- If you are a registered user, type your User ID and Password, and then click Log In.
- If you are not a registered user, click Register and complete the fields. Your password and instructions are emailed to you.
