McAfee SIEM Enterprise Security Manager (ESM) 11.5.x
Problem
After you upgrade to SIEM 11.5.0, the System Advisor tool stops functioning. This tool checks for general health problems and performs pre-upgrade checks in the ESM. NOTE: This issue prevents the 11.5.1 pre-upgrade checks from running properly and can prevent an upgrade until you perform a workaround. Cause
Incorrect permissions on several operating system files used by the tool.
SolutionTechnical Support is investigating this issue. As a temporary measure, implement the following workaround.
