First upgrade the Sensor to a software version that supports TLS 1.2, then upgrade NSM to 10.1.7.50 or later.

If you’ve already performed the update, and have a communication issue:
- Upgrade your Sensor to a TLS 1.2 supported Sensor software release.
- Pair your Manager and Sensor
