Summary
Phishing tactics and techniques have evolved to include Phishing-as-a-Service (PhaaS). As with other "as a service" offerings, operators sell access to phishing kits and services which allow attackers to target individuals and organizations with emails designed to deliver payloads, lead to malicious sites, collect logon information, and mimic legitimate sites. BulletProofLink, also known as BulletProftLink or Anthrax, has been active since at least 2018 and offers subscribers multiple templets, hosting, credential theft, delivery services, and different subscription options.
The McAfee Enterprise ATR Team gathers and analyzes information from multiple open and closed sources before disseminating intelligence reports. This campaign was researched by Microsoft and shared publicly here.

Minimum set of Manual Rules to improve protection to block this campaign
IMPORTANT: Always follow best practices when you enable new rules and signatures.
When you implement new rules or signatures, always set them to Report mode first and check the alerts generated. Resolve any issues that arise and then set the rules to Block. This step mitigates against triggering false positives and allows you to refine your configuration.
