Apply the update that is available in the "Attachment" section of this article using the following steps:
- Download the update atdpatch_EcSnapshot.msu from the "Attachment" section of this article.
- Log on to the ATD GUI with administrator privilege.
- Click Manage, Email Connector.
- If the Enable Email Connector checkbox is selected, deselect it, click Apply, and continue.
- If the checkbox isn’t selected, leave it deselected and continue.
- Upload the update to ATD using SFTP with atdadmin credentials.
- Log on to the ATD CLI with cliadmin credentials.
- Type install msu atdpatch_EcSnapshot.msu and press Enter.
NOTE: The update takes about 30 seconds to install. If you see errors similar to the following after you execute the command, you can safely ignore them.
Error: job pid is not running: 2761
Error: Software Installation failed
- In the GUI, go to Manage, Logs, System, and verify that the logs below are present. These logs show that the update has been applied successfully:

- If your ATD is part of an ATD cluster, perform step 4–8 on each node.
- Click Manage, Email Connector.
- Enable the Email Connector:
Select the Enable Email Connector checkbox, and click Apply.
The Email Connector boots and takes about 20 minutes until its status is Healthy in the dashboard.
