The last communication time isn't updated to the latest time when you perform either of the actions below:
- Performing an Agent-to-Server Communication Interval (ASCI) using the command bash# /opt/McAfee/agent/bin/cmdagent -p.
- Sending a wakeup call from the ePO Console to the SVM Manager.
The ASCI fails and reports the error
Response code 503 on the endpoint.
