Summary
Description of Campaign Ukrainian authorities were the target of an email spear-phishing campaign containing a malicious attachment. A PowerShell script, executable, and LNK file were used to carry out the infection process. Users who clicked on the LNK file were infected with Meterpreter. This activity has been associated with the UAC-0098 threat group. Our ATR Team gathers and analyzes information from multiple open and closed sources before disseminating intelligence reports. This campaign was researched by Ukraine CERT-UA and shared publicly. How to use this article:
