This notice is a reminder that a standard maintenance program and maintenance windows exist for our MVISION EDR SaaS service. These maintenance windows occur weekly, during which impacting changes can be made without prior notification.
During these maintenance windows, we might execute the following to improve managed services and the MVISION EDR experience for our customers:
- Security fixes
- Feature releases
- Platform optimization
- Workflow improvements
As needed, the maintenance conducted might require limited outage or service degradations windows.
Each week, when applicable, any expected impact due to maintenance is published in a registered KB article:
