This release includes bug fixes, security fixes, component upgrades, feature enhancements, and other changes.
New or Changed Features
The following new features have been added to this release:
- Upgraded Apache version to 2.4.51
- Upgraded Tomcat version to 9.0.54
- Upgraded Java version to 1.8.0.321
- ePO DB driver upgrades to MSOLEDBSQL as SQL native client driver is nearing the end of the lifecycle, and Microsoft ends support on July 2022.
- Prevents the rollback of Update 13 to a previously installed update even if a native SQL client driver is not available.
- Disaster recovery changes
- Provides the secure channel (SMTP over TLS using port number 587) for email support in ePolicy Orchestrator.
- Renaming of Indexes starting "_dta" per DB standardization.
- Optimization of trigger TR_EPOComputerProperties_OnInsert.
- Updated End User License agreement (EULA) in Software Manager to Musarubra EULA.
- Queries, a new category is introduced in the Server settings page. It has options to edit the maximum number of elements to display in bubble, line, bar, and summary chart types. Maximum allowed limit is up to 2000
