To receive notice an article has been updated, you can subscribe to the article. While viewing the article, click the Subscribe link on the right side of the ServicePortal screen (under Manage this Article). You must be logged in to the ServicePortal for the Subscribe option to be available.

You can do this for as many articles as you want or need. For example, many customers want to know when Known Issues articles are updated. Here are the Known Issues articles for Drive Encryption and File and Removable Media Protection:
