McAfee SNS ProTip for SIEM: Searching Knowledge Base content by Product Group

Certain McAfee products include multiple component products. To make searching the Knowledge Base easier for these products, we implemented Products Groups in the Product list. The Product Groups allow you to make a single selection that includes all of the associated component products.

For example, to search the Knowledge Base content for all SIEM component products (Advanced Correlation Engine, Application Data Monitor, Database Event Monitor, Direct Attached Storage (DAS), Enterprise Log Manager, Enterprise Security Manager), select SIEM - All Products from the Product list.
