You may be frustrated when you see the message “There are no results” when searching for information in the Knowledge Center, but remember you must be logged in to the ServicePortal to view registered content. For NSP, this includes articles for Content Packs and updates.
To view registered articles:
  1. Log in to the ServicePortal at http://support.mcafee.com.
  2. Type the topic or an article ID in the Search the Knowledge Center field on the Home page.
  3. Click Search or press ENTER.
For more resources, visit the ServicePortal and search for related content.
